Some examples:
Intimately involved in all facets of the process leading to Amana entering the refrigerator filter market. Contributions included researching and contacting manufacturers to determine their capabilities, presenting the program before the top management of Amana, meeting with Amana’s engineers, providing input through several proto-types, negotiating pricing, and designing marketing literature.

Designed a complete line of filtration products and marketing materials including the high-flow Scale Stabilizer™ cartridge, high-flow sub-micron whole house system and a de-scaler. Designed the first whole house filtration system to provide premium quality drinking water from every faucet in the home.

Provided support to 3M in their defense of patents in a multi-million dollar lawsuit, intricately describing the design process and timeline critical to 3M’s success.

Consulted with Global Water F & P Systems in the development of Business Method Patents (BMP) for Drinking Water Systems. Involvement included information and consultation in the writing of the BMP, development of extensive support information, promotion of the BMP, and design of the brochure for one of the systems used to demonstrate the BMP.
